RETURN POLICY

DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

• Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Stark Supply LLC, 1925 Grassland Parkway, Alpharetta, GA 30005.

• Goods refer to the items offered for sale on our website.

• Orders mean a request by you to purchase goods from us.

• Service refers to our website, accessible from www.starksupply.us.

• You means the individual or company accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is acting.

YOUR ORDER RIGHTS

The deadline for cancelling an order is 24 hours from the time and date on which you submitted the order. Once an order has shipped, cancellations cannot be fulfilled.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the same method of payment used for your order.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The goods were purchased within the last 90 days.

• The goods are in original packaging and in resalable condition.

The following goods cannot be returned:

• Products made to your specifications or custom-ordered.

• Items that deteriorate rapidly or have an expiration date.

• Items unsealed after delivery for health or hygiene reasons.

• Items that are, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.

• Clearance or discounted items — these are final sale and non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions.

RETURNING GOODS

Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods to us. Returned goods may incur a restocking fee of 15% of the item cost.

We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. Stark Supply LLC cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipment. Refunds cannot be issued without proof of return delivery.
